The US says it will keep evacuating Afghans from Kabul airport until "the last moment", despite continuing concerns about attacks from the Islamic State (IS) group.
Reports from Kabul now suggest as many as 170 people died in Thursday's attack on crowds at a gate to the airport.
The Pentagon says there are still credible threats against the airport.
The US is still processing Afghans desperate to leave. Most Nato countries have now ended their emergency flights.

Manchester United has confirmed they have reached an agreement to re-sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.
United have agreed to pay £12.8m for the 36-year-old, with the deal subject to personal terms, a visa, and a medical.
Ronaldo scored 118 goals in 292 games in his first spell at Old Trafford before leaving for Real Madrid in 2009.
"Everyone at the club looks forward to welcoming Cristiano back to Manchester," said a United statement.

Two British nationals, and the child of another British national, died in the explosion at Kabul airport, the foreign secretary has said.
Dominic Raab said two others were also injured in the suicide bomb attack on Thursday.
"It is a tragedy that as they sought to bring their loved ones to safety in the UK they were murdered by cowardly terrorists," he said.
At least 95 people were killed in the attack.
Mr Raab said he was "deeply saddened" by the deaths.

An attack in Kabul that killed at least 90 people - including 13 US troops - has been claimed by a local branch of the Islamic State (IS).
S-K - Islamic State Khorasan Province - is the regional affiliate of the Islamic State group.
It is the most extreme and violent of all the jihadist militant groups in Afghanistan.

Prime M Boris Johnson has said no one wants Afghanistan to a "breeding ground for terror", as the Taliban enters capital Kabul.
Speaking after a meeting of the emergency Cobra committee, he said the situation "continues to be extremely difficult" and will get even more so.
He called on "like-minded" powers to work together and not recognize any new government without agreement.
The UK Parliament is being recalled on Wednesday to discuss the situation.
Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has fled the country as the militants stand on the brink of taking total control.
